Production Overview
Our continuous galvanizing production line processes steel strips through annealing and galvanizing operations, featuring advanced capabilities including annealing thinning, galvanizing, tension adjustment, and surface treatment. The production line accommodates thickness ranges from 0.1 to 3.0 millimeters and widths from 750 to 1250 millimeters.

Packing
Water proof paper inner packing, galvanized steel or coated steel sheet outer packing, side guard plate, wrapped by seven steel belt or according to customer's requirement
Manufacturing Process
Using cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip as the substrate, the material is immersed in 450-460ºC molten zinc liquid. This creates an iron-zinc reaction that forms a durable alloy layer, which is then covered with a pure zinc layer. The process concludes with controlled cooling and post-processing treatments such as passivation and oiling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
