Our Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is manufactured by processing Full Hard sheet through acid washing, rolling, and zinc coating application. This process creates a protective zinc film that delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, superior paint adhesion, and excellent workability.
The hot-dip galvanizing process applies a durable zinc coating to steel sheets, providing reliable rust protection through zinc's self-sacrificing characteristics. This enables the selection and production of specific zinc coating weights, with maximum coating thickness up to 120g/m².
