smooth galvanized coil:
The surface is smooth without any texture, and the zinc coating is uniform. It usually adopts the "no zinc flower" process (such as rapid cooling in a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line).
- The zinc layer thickness range is wide (commonly 40-275g/m², in accordance with the GB/T 2518-2019 standard), with stable corrosion resistance.

The surface presents visible crystalline patterns (zinc flowers) formed by slow cooling after galvanization (such as the "natural crystallization after galvanization" process).
- The size of zinc flowers is classified (large zinc flowers, small zinc flowers), with high aesthetic appeal, but the zinc layer thickness is usually slightly thinner (60-180g/m²).
