Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristics. Usually, hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.

1. Corrosion resistance
The surface of the galvanized coil is coated with a zinc layer, which can effectively prevent the steel from contacting with external oxygen, moisture and other substances, thereby slowing down the corrosion rate of the steel and increasing its service life.
2. Heat resistance
The galvanized steel coil can still maintain good performance in a high temperature environment, is not easy to deform, melt or damage, and is suitable for use under high temperature conditions.
3. Weather resistance
The galvanized steel coil has good weather resistance, can maintain good surface gloss and performance under different climatic conditions, and is not easily affected by climatic factors.
