A213 alloy pipe is a ferritic austenitic alloy steel seamless pipe (ASTM A213/A213M-07a) used for boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers. T91 alloy pipe for low-pressure and medium-pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not more than 5.88Mpa, working temperature is less than 450℃); heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry pipes, etc.
ASTM A213 T12 alloy steel seamless pipe has a lower carbon content of 0.15% to form sufficient weldability and formability, and also has high chromium and molybdenum content of 1.5% and 0.65%. This improves the high temperature performance and creep resistance of A213 T12 alloy superheater tubes, prevents wear and improves hardenability.
Cold drawn ASTM A213 T12 alloy pipe has a resilience of up to 25 meters and has good high temperature corrosion resistance, so A213 T12 high temperature pipe can be used as superheater tubes for steam and high temperature piping systems in power plants, chemical industry, oil and gas.
