Product Introduction
DTVI-2 iron pads and fasteners for urban rail.
1. This fastener is elastic and split, suitable for 60kg/m rail tunnels, U-shaped structures and ground pillow-type integral roadbed sections.
2. The clamping parts are DI spring strips ($18), divided into two types: middle and joint. The gauge pads are divided into middle and joint gauge pads, each with four numbers: 6, 8, 10, and 12. Numbers 6 and 12 are for adjusting the gauge;
3. Technical indicators of fasteners:
(1) The pressure of a single spring strip in the middle is 8.25kN, and the elastic range is 10.5
(2) The pressure of a single spring strip at the joint is 8.5kN, and the elastic range is 9.5
(3) The vertical of the fastener node The static stiffness is 20~40kN/mm;
(4) The fastener can resist lateral fatigue load of 35kN and the load cycle is 3X106 times;
(5) The anti-climbing resistance of a set of fasteners is not less than 11.5kN;
(6) The pull-out resistance of the embedded nylon sleeve is greater than 60kN;
(7) The resistance value of the insulation parts of the fasteners is greater than 1082;
(8) The track gauge adjustment is +8, -12mm; the horizontal adjustment is generally 20mm.
