Description:
Stern roller is designed for anchor handling vessel AHTS or tug boat to reduce the sliding frictional drag of cable rope or anchor chain passing through the poop deck. Stern roller designed to change sliding friction to rolling friction which extend the service life of cable rope or anchor chain and reduce the wear of aft deck.
Stern rollers are designed for safe pay in and pay out operations of steel wire rope, hose, anchor chain without any harm on load and stern. Stern rollers are widely used for Anchor handling operation.
Stern rollers with different load capacities could be customized, we can design and produce SWL 500KN to SWL7000KN stern roller.
