Suitcase anchor pendant buoys are manufactured from resilient closed-cell unsinkable foam core around the inner central steelwork covered in polyurethane elastomer coating.
The suitcase anchor pendant buoy has a rectangular shape with a lay-flat surface. This shape ensures the buoys can be safe storage and transported economically. The inner central steel frame has enough support branches to ensure the foam core cannot be moved.
The resilient closed-cell polyethylene foam core guarantees self-fendering and is unsinkable even in case of damage. And self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin is resistant to abrasion and ultra violet rays degradation. For the extreme operating environment. The reinforced nylon filament ensures polyurethane elastomer protective coating has higher tear strength.
The table below shows a range of standard sizes only. Other sizes or specific buoyancy/dimensions required can be evaluated on application.
A variety of steelwork options, e.g. anchor cross, pad eye, swivels, etc. (see diagram) are available.
Standard colors are orange or yellow but other colors are available on request. Further options include reflective tape, and navigation lights.
