Product Description
The Gravity Rack system is designed to maximize warehouse capacity and enhance workflow efficiency. It features slightly inclined roller tracks or flow rails that allow products to travel smoothly from the loading side to the picking side using natural gravity. This design promotes continuous stock movement and supports First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation.
Pallets, cartons, or totes are placed into the rear of the lane.
Each lane is built with a gentle slope, enabling goods to roll forward automatically until they reach the picking face.
Once the front unit is removed, the next load advances on its own, ensuring a steady picking flow.
With loading and picking performed on separate aisles, forklift traffic is reduced and overall safety is improved.
