Product Description
Gravity Rack is a high-density warehouse storage solution that uses inclined roller lanes or flow rails to move products automatically from the loading aisle to the picking aisle. The continuous forward movement of goods allows efficient replenishment and ensures strict FIFO stock rotation.
Goods such as pallets or cartons are loaded into the back of the rack system.
The lane’s gentle incline enables each load to slide forward naturally until it reaches the pick face.
When the front unit is taken away, the next load automatically fills the position.
Because loading and picking occur on separate sides, forklift congestion and safety risks are greatly reduced.
