Shitong Adjustable FIFO Pallet Flow Rack System offers flexible configuration to adapt to changing SKU types, pallet sizes, and throughput needs. This affords warehouse managers both efficiency and adaptability.
How It Works
Gravity lanes mounted at adjustable angles with roller widths that can be altered or multiplexed. Pallets are loaded on one side, exit on the front face—slots can be reconfigured for different widths, lane depths, and orientation.

Angle adjustment range: 2–6°, settable lane by lane.
Roller spacing: typical center-to-center spacing 50-100 mm depending on pallet base.
Lane depth: adaptable, standard 10-20 pallets deep.
Load per pallet: 1,000-2,000 kg nominal.
