The Shitong High Density Radio Shuttle Racking System is designed to maximize storage utilization in warehouses where space is at a premium. By eliminating the need for forklifts to enter the storage lanes, this system reduces aisle space and allows pallets to be stored up to 80% more densely compared to traditional selective racking.
How It Works
Forklifts place pallets at the channel entry. The radio shuttle, operated by remote control or tablet, carries the pallet to its designated position inside the channel. Retrieval follows the same principle in reverse. This semi-automated process ensures high efficiency and minimal forklift travel.
