Lubekote 9700S is an advanced, water-based release agent system engineered specifically for challenging rubber molding operations. While exceptionally effective as a silicone rubber release agent, its superior formula is also designed for a wide range of elastomers, including Natural Rubber, EPDM, Acrylic Ester, Vinyl Acrylate rubber, and notoriously difficult-to-release compounds like Fluororubber (FKM) and Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR).
This ready-to-use emulsion creates an incredibly durable, semi-permanent film on the mold surface that facilitates numerous release cycles before a reapplication is needed. As a non-contaminating agent, it ensures your finished seals, gaskets, and rubber components maintain their critical surface integrity and are ready for secondary operations like bonding or painting.
