Lubekote 9421A/9140 is engineered for the demanding requirements of anti-vibration rubber component manufacturing. It performs exceptionally well with natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compounds.
Primary application areas include automotive engine mounts and torque struts, suspension bushings and control arm isolators, exhaust system hangers and vibration dampers, industrial machinery vibration isolation pads, railway and marine anti-vibration mounts, and general molded rubber parts requiring clean, residue-free release.
The water-based formulation is compatible with both metal and non-metal mold surfaces including steel, aluminum, and epoxy composite tooling.
