Its clear liquid formulation allows for easy application and ensures minimal interference with the visual appearance of the finished CPU wheels.

Applications:

Dilution and Mixing:
  • Prepare a suitable dilution of the product by adding a solvent, such as naphtha or heptane, to achieve the desired solid content.
2. The recommended dilution ratio is typically 10-30 parts of solvent to the product, ensuring optimal performance.
Mold Surface Preparation:
Prior to application, ensure the mold surface is meticulously cleaned and free from any debris or residue.
Application:
Apply a minimum of two thin and even coats of the release agent onto the mold surface, ensuring uniform coverage.
It is best to apply the coats at the process temperature for optimal results.
Allow a brief drying time to ensure proper adhesion and effectiveness.

To maintain the desired level of release and lubrication, reapply a light coat of the release agent at the process temperature when necessary.
