Specially formulated for casting processes, our Bathroom Washbasin Release Agent is designed to deliver seamless demolding for unsaturated polyester resin-based products, including those with or without gel coat layers. Ideal for molds requiring high precision and repeatability, this release agent ensures dry, hard film formation and consistent performance in demanding production environments.

Optimized for New Molds
Pre-treatment recommendation: Apply 3 coats to new molds.
Allow 5 minutes between coats; wipe off excess after the final layer for flawless demolding.
Long-Lasting Efficiency
Supports 4-5 consecutive demolding cycles without reapplication.
Maintains mold surface dryness and integrity, reducing downtime.
Applications
Casting production of bathroom washbasins using unsaturated polyester resin (with or without fillers).
Suitable for molds requiring high-frequency, repetitive demolding.
Usage Instructions
Preparation: Clean and dry the mold surface thoroughly.
Shake Well: Ensure uniform consistency before application.
Spray Application:
Apply 3 thin, even coats to new molds.
Maintain 5-minute intervals between coats.
After the final coat, gently wipe the surface with a clean cloth.
Demolding: Proceed with casting once the release film is fully dry.
