This valve is a high vacuum pneumatic plug valve with a reasonable structural design, beautiful appearance, smooth operation, small size, reliable use, good sealing performance, and long service life. It can be widely used in high vacuum equipment. The valve is powered by compressed air to push the piston, and the driving body is pushed (pulled) by the piston rod, moving along the axial direction with the driving body. The driving body is connected to the swing rod valve plate to complete the opening and closing actions of the valve plate. The medium of the valve is air and non corrosive gases.

1.The shaft seal is made of fluororubber, while other seals are made of fluororubber and designed without lubricants;
