This series of valves is suitable for disconnecting pipelines in ultra-high vacuum systems, and it has two driving modes: manual and pneumatic. It has the advantages of smooth operation, reliable use, good sealing performance, and long service life, and is one of the preferred valves for ultra-high vacuum equipment. A manual valve is powered by manually rotating a handle through threaded transmission to open and close the valve plate. The direction of opening and closing is based on the markings on the handle; Pneumatic valve is powered by compressed air to open or close the valve plate. When the air source is lost, the valve plate will automatically close by the spring force. The medium of the valve is air and a few corrosive gases.
