Small Homogenizer For Dairy/Ice Cream/Juice/Tomato
Homogenization is the mechanical process where raw materials are put under high pressure and broken down into smaller particles.
This equipment can be used widely in production, research and technical development of food, milk extract, drink, fine chemical, biotechnology and other fields.
Many kinds of material such as milk or bean milk can be homogenized under high pressure to considerably thin the fat balls in the milk liquid, which makes the products be easy to be digested and absorbed, and improve the edibleness.
This equipment can be used in the production of ice cream to improve the thinness and fraction void of liquid material.
Main Characteristics:
| 1- Lubricate system | Lubricate system which is both squirting and splash uses soft plastic pipes that can bear high pressure and oil. The oil can keep stable temperature at the same producing condition, so it brings excellent lubricate effect. The recycle cooling system reduces driving box's temperature and lubrication waste. |
| 2- Driving box | The eccentric shaft is made of special alloy steel which is wear-resisting and has long using life. The half construction is easy to maintain and be knocked down. Driving and eccentric shafts are drive by v-model gears which have following advantage: low noise and good stability. |
| 3- Wear parts | Homogenizing valve, one-way valve and piston are made of special alloy steel, with high impact resisting corrosion-resisting. This material is applicable to any CIP's corrosion-resisting. In special condition homogenizing and oneway valves can be made of alloy steel which has same function. All kinds of sealing material have following advantage: wear-resisting, non-toxic, pressure-resisting and long life. It is easy and convenient to change wearing parts, especially it is no need to take off pump during changing pistons and sealing rings. |
| 4- Pump construction | The square high pressure covers on the pump have high intensity and excellent sealing function. The tighten nuts with lids have nice out looking. The material gate is according to food sanitation and pharmacy standards. Out-in parts take adjustable tie-in which is easy and convenient to be taken off and fixed. |
| 5- Type | Our homogenizes are vertical(for low capacity) and horizontal(for big capacity construction which advantage is good stability and easy to operate, maintain and repair. |
| 6- Saving energy | Our homogenizers arebased on low energy waste and high efficiency designing, which has clear effect at the same producing condition. |
