BIB Bag in Box Filling Machine
This machine adopts 304 stainless steel for feeding and conveying. It has stable operation
and high filling efficiency. The bag mouth in the box is fixed on the filling bayonetmanually,
and the filling head goes down automatically for filling. After filling, manually place the
cover on the cover belt. The cover belt will bring the cover to the bottom of the cap. The
top cylinder will press the cover to the cap. After the packaging is finished, the bag with a
good cover is automatically opened and the bag is transported to the following process
along with the conveyor belt. This machine is an alternative to manual operation
and equipped with a touch screen, the setting of operating parameters is completed in the
touch screen, the person only needs to carry out the operation of upper bag and upper
cover. This machine is suitable for food, daily chemical, washing, agricultural and other
products filling and capping Characteristics :
1. Suitable for yolk, yogurt, wine, red wine ,juice and liquid products

6.The material pipe adopts mirror welding technical, to ensure the ap smoothly and neat
7.It also can equip with vacuum degassing system, to meet customer craft flow chart
