This series of models is designed and manufactured by our company for the bag-in-box flexible packaging filling by drawing on foreign advanced technology; it adopts high-precision flow meter measurement method, with high filling accuracy and can set and adjust the filling volume Convenient; widely used for automatic filling of BIB bag-in-box for milk, condensed milk,wine, juice drinks and other materials. The equipment is compact, occupies a small space, and is convenient for external pipelines. The whole equipment is beautiful in appearance and reasonable in layout. All key control points are monitored by PLC. The control system independently developed by our company, touch screen operation, the movement track and current status of the equipment are clear at a glance. The filling pipeline, filling head and valve adopt the quick-connecting method, and the pipeline is simple, with few dead ends, easy to disassemble, wash, sterilize and clean; the machine is controlled by a high-precision flowmeter, and the measurement is accurate; BIB filling machine and automatic production line include : BIB 100-level clean and large-capacity automatic filling machine for prefabricated bags and water conveyor belt for bags
3. The specific work flow is:
Place the first continuous BIB prefabricated bag in the card position → the machine automatically sends the bag → the machine clamps the cover → the bag faucet kills → goes to the cap pulling station → automatic cap pulling → automatic filling → automatic pressing Cover → automatic bag cutting → conveying out of the bag
