Semi Automatic Bottle Unscrambler
The semi automatic bottle unscrambler machine is designed based on the foreign advanced technology and the requirements of China's high speed developing filling equipment, the bottle arranging equipment that developing and researching with the leading domestic level. This machine is suitable for unscrambling disorder polyester bottles, make them order ang in one line, then discharge them by vacumm conveyor, it has the features: PLC program controlling; digit shous speed; automatic. High speed operation, easy to combine with all kinds of filler or filling production line.
Technical parameter
(1) Including rotary plate and bottle output part;
(2) Easy operation, no need of training;
(3) Small adjustment when changing bottle size;
(4) Variable speed adjustment;
(5) Be able to connected with complete production line;
(6) Sort bottles automatically accorinding to production condition, stop when bottle blocked.
(7) All the parts contacted with products are made of SUS304, fastening parts are in 304HC.
