The electric strut consists of several key components, including a ball and socket, Hall sensor, motor, reducer, screw, nut, and spring. When the controller module sends a command, the motor activates in either the forward or reverse direction. The torque is amplified through the reducer, which drives the screw to rotate. High-end models provide height control, allowing users to adjust the tailgate's opening height to prevent head injuries or ensure adequate clearance. Additionally, the intelligent induction feature detects obstacles while closing, automatically stopping the tailgate to avoid harm. Users can also operate the tailgate using in-car buttons, remote keys, or a smartphone app for added convenience. Furthermore, the system can automatically determine the tailgate's movement state and reverse its operation as needed.
