This machine can make various kinds of slipper and sandals. 
It only needs 100 square meters and 2 workers, then you can start to make slipper.
 
Our slipper’s raw material is a plastic called PVC. It is a thermo-plastic and it is 100% recyclable.
It is versatile, durable, totally re-usable and extremely environmentally. 
PVC is considered to be one of the most sustainable thermoplastics available.

1. The machine is controlled by PLC automatic operation system and touch screen like a smart phone.
Operation system has different language, such as English, Spanish, Portuguese and French etc.

2. Computerization in analysis and design, the machine is well in stability.
Conformed to human engineering in design, it features operational compatibility.
 
3. It equips with air blowing system and can produce light weight.

4. Number of various stations may be optionally chosen for small quantity but greater in variety, or mass production.

5. The well-interconnected oil circuit by electric control can reduce waiting time and promote productivity.

6. The multi-station mechanism is suitable for numerous molds to work in production line. 
It saves the time for the mold-change and extends the length of cooling time. 
The working efficiency is highly enhanced.

7. Specially designed, the oil pressure circuit board is simple in structure. 
The function description of various switches is clearly indicated.

8. Using different clamping force of 80T/100T/120T for different design and material,
to achieve the best quality of product.
