Product: Specialized in the production of TPE pillow and mattress.
Applicable material: Compact and expanded thermoplastic material, such as TPE.

1. Intelligent electrical system for man-machine interface controlled by PLC system and frequency conversion control element.

2.The 220 tons clamping force enhances the machine’s potential performances, thus achieving the optimum configuration to respond effectively, flexibly and speedily to the latest market demands.

3. Hydraulic management controlled by permanent magnet brushless motors (SERVO-MOTORS) which, in addition to energy saving, completely eliminates the annoying noise normally generated by conventional hydraulics.

4. Injectors with specific screws(nanoscale processing) having profiles designed for different material types.

5. One station with one set mold ,pressure, time of moulding, mould temperature and cooling time all controlled independently, which can make the outsole perfect.Finished product ratio can up to 98%.

6. Automatic system for open and close mold will reduce labor intensity a lot.

7. Machine designed for excellent energy saving (optional) with the same high performance levelGuaranteed energy savings up to 35%-50%.

8. Multi-station machine but less workers need.

9. Extreme production flexibility in the colors, materials and programming.
