This hydraulic unlasting machine is specially designed for shoe-making procedures to pull shoe lasts from finished footwear. When pressure exceeds the set value, the machine stops working, effectively reducing defective products caused by excessive pulling force. Simple operation enables workers to become proficient quickly.
With stable hydraulic components, this unlasting machine supports long-term continuous operation. Production capacity reaches 800-1200 pairs per hour, significantly reducing labor costs compared to manual last-pulling. Pulling strength is adjustable according to shoe style, size, and last material, making it compatible with most leather shoes, casual shoes, and sports shoes.
