The Automatic PU Insole Pouring Production Line is an integrated production system specially designed for the continuous manufacturing of PU shoe insoles and PU soles. The line combines a precision two-component PU pouring system with an automatic conveyor, 96-station mold system, 48 double mold trays, and a 22-meter heating oven, providing an efficient solution for large-scale PU footwear production.
The system is designed for processing POLY polyol and ISO polyisocyanate, with precise metering, controlled injection, continuous conveying and heating/curing. It helps improve production efficiency while maintaining stable material output and consistent product quality.
The machine uses an independent metering system for POLY polyol and ISO polyisocyanate. High-precision metering pumps provide accurate material delivery for stable and consistent PU foaming and molding.
