The Automatic Shoe Packing and Boxing Machine with Tissue Wrapping automates the final packaging stage of shoe production. This advanced system performs tissue paper wrapping, silica gel packet insertion, shoe form stuffing, and box packing in one continuous automated process, effectively replacing up to 4 manual packing workers.
The system utilizes a combination of conveyor belts, robotic arms, and pneumatic folding mechanisms to handle shoes gently without scratching or deforming the product. Pairs are automatically matched (left + right), wrapped individually in tissue paper, and placed in shoe boxes with correct orientation. An integrated labeling system prints and applies barcode labels to each box for comprehensive inventory tracking.
Processing up to 600 pairs per hour, this machine dramatically increases packing line efficiency while ensuring consistent packaging quality. The modular design allows seamless integration with existing conveyor systems and can be configured for various shoe box sizes and shoe types.
