Unlike traditional manual cutting or hydraulic press methods, this CNC system achieves cutting speeds of up to 1200mm/s with repeat accuracy of ±0.1mm. The vacuum conveyor table holds materials firmly in place, while the oscillating knife and multi-tool head configuration handle materials from delicate microfiber to thick cow leather (up to 6mm).
Material savings of 15-25% are typical compared to manual cutting, with the vision system's intelligent nesting algorithm. The machine supports direct import of CAD patterns (DXF, AI, PLT formats), enabling rapid production changeovers between shoe models.
