In contrast, flat-tip needles tend to compress tissue like tofu, while triple-bevel needles, although sharp, can easily cause unnecessary lateral friction. Our single-sided bevel design ensures the smoothness of the needle tip when passing through dense tissue, reducing drag within the lumen, and is particularly suitable for delicate procedures with high requirements for tissue protection.
Q: What is the specific function of the "with groove" design on the needle body? Will it affect the strength of the needle?
A: The precision grooves on the needle body surface typically serve two main functions: first, acting as a fluid guide channel, during the transfer of liquid or gas, the groove can guide the medium to flow stably along the axial direction of the needle, preventing spillage or splashing; second, serving as a positioning slot, during assembly, it can accurately mate with the guide rails inside the device, preventing the micro-needle from rotating circumferentially or shifting axially within the lumen. In terms of strength, these grooves are formed by precision laser etching or mold extrusion, with depths and widths strictly calculated based on structural mechanics; they only act on the local surface and do not weaken the overall bending and torsional rigidity of the needle body.

A: We support autoclave sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization. For the gold base, after the electroplating process is completed, we perform a high-temperature baking and curing treatment, forming a dense intermetallic bonding layer between the gold layer and the substrate. This bonding layer has extremely strong tolerance to high temperatures and humidity, capable of withstanding standard medical sterilization processes (such as steam sterilization at 134°C) without causing gold layer peeling, discoloration, or substrate oxidation, ensuring long-term reliability of the product in a sterile state.
