Do you guarantee the needle is 100% leak-proof?
Yes, this is the core advantage of our product. Every needle must pass dual leak tests before shipment: a high-pressure air decay test (0.5MPa) followed by spot-check helium mass spectrometry. We guarantee zero penetration and zero bubbles at the needle body and weld joints, ensuring no ink backflow or air mixing during printing.
The needle is so thin, with an outer diameter of 1.6mm and an inner diameter of 1.2mm. Will it be prone to breaking easily?
Not at all. Despite the micro-diameter, we utilize a special anti-breakage reinforcement process that significantly enhances the material's toughness and fatigue strength. Compared to standard needles, ours resist snapping under lateral force and offer better resilience, making them ideal for frequent industrial operations.
What are the ID/OD tolerances and precision?
We strictly control dimensional accuracy. Typically, the ID tolerance is ± 0.02mm and the OD tolerance is ± 0.01mm. The inner bore is precisely deburred and polished to ensure smooth fluid passage without clogging or residue, meeting high-precision inkjet requirements.
Are the welded joints strong? Will they detach during use?
Absolutely! We use high-precision laser welding technology to fuse the needle and base into one solid piece, rather than simple gluing or crimping. The weld strength exceeds the tensile strength of the needle itself and is verified by leak tests, making it safe for high-pressure environments.
What grade of stainless steel do you use? Will it rust?
We default to 304 or 316L medical-grade stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance. Rusting will not occur under normal industrial conditions unless exposed to strong acids or alkalis for extended periods. Custom materials are available upon request for special anti-corrosion needs.
Can it fit my specific inkjet machine? (About the base/interface)
We support full customization. While the image shows a standard model, we can customize the base thread specifications (e.g., M5, M6, 1/4"-28), needle length, tip angle, and step dimensions according to your drawings or samples. Just provide your requirements, and we will match them.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
For standard specifications, we usually have stock available with an MOQ of 50-100 pieces. For new custom designs, tooling fees and MOQ will be evaluated based on the process, with a typical lead time of 7-15 working days. For urgent orders, please contact our sales team to confirm stock.
