Q1: What material grades are available for this lancet tip needle? A1: We mainly supply medical‑grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is recommended for scenarios contacting body fluid or corrosive liquid. Special materials can be supported as per your drawing, with higher cost and extended lead‑time.
Q2: What surface finish will you apply for this lancet needle? A2: If used for fluid sampling, Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing will be adopted as standard. For non‑sampling piercing‑only usage, ordinary Ra0.8‑1.0μm surface finish is the default option. Polishing grade can be adjusted according to your actual application.
Q3: Can we adjust the lancet bevel angle and tip sharpness? A3: Yes, the bevel angle, tip shape and sharpness are fully customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical requirements or reference samples for confirmation.
Q4: How do you control burrs on the lancet cutting edge? A4: After bevel cutting, multi‑step deburring and cleaning processes are carried out. Each needle will be inspected to remove micro‑burrs, to prevent scratch and particle impurities in practical use.
Q5: Do you offer sample service for lancet tip needle? What should we confirm before sample production? A5: Custom samples are available for piercing performance testing. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, dimension parameters, bevel angle and surface finish requirement. Sample cost depends on processing complexity, mass production can start after sample specification confirmation.
