Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this slotted‑tail bottle piercing needle? A1: We mainly adopt medical‑grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is highly recommended if the needle contacts chemical reagent or pharmaceutical liquid. Special material can be processed according to your drawing, which will cause higher cost and longer production lead‑time.
Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this bottle piercing access needle? A2: Since this needle works for liquid extraction, Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing is our standard finish to reduce liquid residue. If your working condition does not require ultra‑smooth surface, Ra0.8‑1.0μm ordinary finish is also available for option.
Q3: Which parameters of this slotted‑tail bottle needle can be customized? A3: Outer diameter, inner diameter, overall length, tail slot width & depth, bevel tip angle are all customizable within our processing scope, following ±0.02mm dimensional tolerance. Please provide technical drawing for feasibility assessment.
Q4: How do you eliminate burrs generated from tail slot cutting process? A4: After slot laser cutting, multi‑step internal and external deburring plus cleaning procedures will be performed. Each finished needle will be inspected to remove micro‑burrs, preventing rubber debris or particle contamination in sampling work.
Q5: Can you supply custom samples? What specifications need to confirm before sample production? A5: Custom samples are supported for piercing test and assembly verification. Before sample order, we should confirm material grade, dimension parameters, tail‑slot requirement and surface finish. Sample cost is calculated by processing complexity, mass production can proceed once sample specification is confirmed.
