Q1: What medical grade stainless steel materials are available for this needle assembly? A1: Medical grade 304 and 316 stainless steel are standard options. Material test certificates can be provided for device registration. Special alloy materials are acceptable upon customer request.
Q2: What dimensional accuracy can you achieve for cannula and luer assembly? A2: Key dimensions of cannula maintain tolerance up to ±0.02mm. Knurled luer connector follows standard luer interface specification, assembly performance is fully inspected before delivery.
Q3: Can you finish all core processing steps in‑house? A3: Yes. Pencil‑tip grinding, side hole drilling, luer knurling, welding assembly and surface polishing are all completed internally to reduce outsourced quality risks.
Q4: Are these assembled needles supplied in sterile condition? A4: We provide non‑sterile finished components only. Sterilization service is not included. Customers may perform EO or gamma sterilization according to their own production workflow.
Q5: What are sample and mass production lead‑time and available documents? A5: Custom sample lead‑time is 7‑12 working days. Mass production lead‑time will be confirmed after drawing approval. Dimensional inspection reports and material certificates can be supplied on request.
