Q: Can you customize bending angle, tube diameter and wall thickness of the bent tube? A: Yes, bending angle, outer diameter, wall thickness, total length and end face processing can all be customized based on customer drawings or physical samples.
Q: What is your standard dimensional tolerance for bent tube products? A: Our standard production tolerance is ±0.02mm. Higher precision requirements can be achieved after drawing technical confirmation.
Q: Will there be tube collapse or crease after bending processing? A: We adopt professional precision bending technology. Under reasonable specification range, inner tube keeps smooth without obvious collapse or folding defects.
Q: Do you provide finished sterilization service for this bent tube component? A: The products are precision metal semi‑finished parts. We do not provide sterilization service. Customers need to complete sterilization treatment before final application.
