Q2: Can we adjust arc radius and needle thickness for our device requirement? A2: Yes. Arc radius, wire diameter and total needle length are fully customizable. Please mark all parameters on technical drawing.
Q3: What dimensional tolerance can you achieve for curved suture needle? A3: Regular tolerance is ±0.02mm for outer dimension and arc forming, exact value depends on needle size.
Q4: Do you accept sample trial for medical equipment performance verification? A4: Sample order is supported. Sample cost and lead time depend on needle diameter, arc forming and tip processing. Please send drawing for accurate quotation.
Q5: Can both solid and hollow curved suture needles be produced? A5: Both solid and hollow curved needle structures are available. Please clarify structure requirement in your drawing.
For Tooling Cost, We need fully amount payment. For goods payment, if amount less than 1500USD, We need fully payment ,If more than 1500USD, We can accept 50% as deposit, the balance should be pay before ship all goods.
