It has excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand various IVD reagents and body fluids, ensuring no metal ion leaching and guaranteeing the accuracy of test results.

Q:​ What is the machining precision of the product? Can it meet the injection requirements of microfluidic chips?

A:​ We use advanced Swiss-type CNC machining, with key dimensions controlled within ±0.02mm. The inner and outer walls of the needle tube undergo ultra-precision cutting and mirror polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4μm). This high precision ensures the needle tip penetrates diaphragms smoothly, and the side opening aligns accurately with microfluidic channels without blockage risks.

Q:​ What is the function of the black sleeve (protective cover) on the side? Can the color be customized or it be removed?

A:​ This sleeve is mainly used to protect the precision threaded interface and adjustment knob during instrument transportation, storage, or non-operation states, preventing foreign matter from entering and causing cross-contamination. It is made of medical-grade inert material and can be customized in color (e.g., black, blue, transparent) according to customer requirements, or removed/replaced based on specific automation equipment structural needs.

Q:​ If our instrument has limited space, can we customize the needle length, bending angle, or thread specification?

A:​ Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes automatic electropolishing and ultrasonic passivation, significantly reducing surface roughness and removing microscopic burrs. It is then fully inspected, packaged, and double-sealed in a standard cleanroom environment.
