YAL-ZL Mode L Type Sideshift Line
The Short Cycle Press Line is one kind of hot hydraulic press machine with automatic loading and unloading system. It is used for direct hot laminating paper on wood-based boards such as MDF, HDF, Particleboard, Chipboard, and Plywood.
The texture on the surface of the plate is determined by the texture on the surface of the stainless steel template. The melamine-faced board is widely used for making furniture and flooring for homes and offices.
YAL-ZL automatic production line is a fully automatic production line with a full-cycle design for melamine veneer. It features automatic board application and pressing, edge trimming, cleaning, drying, and stacking functions. By shifting and replacing steel templates with different patterns, it can produce high-end wood panels with glossy, matte, marble, and wood grain finishes. The main difference between YAL-ZL and YAL-ZA automatic lines lies in the cross-stacking capability, allowing for quick production of wooden flooring, furniture panels, and door panels.
