Ultra-high load-bearing capacity: Rollers are made of high-strength alloy steel, with a single roller load-bearing capacity of up to several tons. The entire conveyor line can stably transport super-heavy workpieces (e.g., 10–50t box beams for bridges, large steel plates with a thickness of over 100mm) without deformation or jamming.
Precision conveying control: The conveyor speed is adjustable in a wide range (0.5–5m/min). For large workpieces requiring deep cleaning, the speed can be reduced to ensure sufficient shot blasting time; for batch lightweight steel structures, the speed can be increased to improve production efficiency.
Anti-offset and anti-tilting design: Guide rails and side limit baffles are installed on both sides of the roller conveyor, which can effectively prevent large workpieces from shifting or tilting during conveying, ensuring uniform exposure to the shot blasting area.
Compatibility with various steel structure shapes: The roller spacing can be customized according to the cross-section size of steel structures (H-beam, I-beam, box beam, etc.). It can adapt to workpieces with a width of 0.5–4m and a length of 5–30m, covering most large steel structure specifications in the construction and machinery industries.
The machine is configured with multiple high-power shot blasting turbines (usually 6–12 sets, arranged in upper, lower, left, and right positions) to achieve the following shot blasting capabilities for large steel structures:
Dead-angle-free surface coverage: The turbines are arranged in a three-dimensional layout, which can simultaneously blast the top, bottom, web, and flange surfaces of large steel structures. Even the welding seams and corner positions of box beams can be fully cleaned, solving the problem of incomplete cleaning of large workpieces in traditional equipment.
Adjustable high shot blasting strength: The shot blasting turbine motor power is 15–37kW per set, and the shot blasting media flow rate can reach 80–200kg/min. It can quickly remove heavy oxide scale, rust, welding slag, and sand adhering to the surface of steel structures after rolling or welding, meeting the Sa2.5–Sa3 level cleaning standards specified in international steel structure surface treatment specifications.
Surface strengthening function: In addition to cleaning, the high-speed impact of steel shots can form a dense compressive stress layer on the surface of steel structures, improving the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the workpiece. This is particularly important for steel structures used in high-load scenarios (e.g., bridge girders, crane beams).
3. Efficient Closed-Loop Media Recycling and Environmental Protection
For large-scale continuous production, the machine is equipped with a high-efficiency media recycling and dust removal system with the following capabilities:
High-precision media separation: The mixture of steel shots, dust, and debris after shot blasting is transported to the separator through a screw conveyor and bucket elevator. The separator uses a combination of mechanical screening and air classification to separate reusable steel shots (with a separation accuracy of over 95%) from waste debris and dust, reducing media consumption costs.
Low-emission dust removal: The supporting bag-type dust collector has a dust removal efficiency of over 99.5%, and the dust emission concentration is less than 30mg/m³, which meets the strict environmental protection requirements of the steel structure manufacturing industry. It avoids dust pollution in the workshop and protects the health of operators.
Continuous operation without shutdown: The media recycling system can realize online supplement and replacement of steel shots, and the dust collector can be cleaned online, ensuring that the machine can run continuously for 24 hours without shutdown, which is suitable for large-scale steel structure production lines.
