The vacuum recovery manual sand blasting machine (also called dustless vacuum sand blaster or closed-circuit manual sand blaster) is a portable, closed-loop surface treatment device that integrates blasting, vacuum recovery, abrasive separation, and dust collection. It solves the dust pollution and abrasive waste problems of traditional open sand blasting, making it ideal for indoor, confined-space, and precision surface treatment scenarios.

Closed-Circuit Dustless Operation
The blast head (with a brush seal) creates a local negative pressure zone, instantly vacuuming dust, used abrasives, and debris into the recovery system—no dust overflow, meeting strict environmental and occupational health standards
Suitable for indoor workshops, confined spaces (tanks, pipelines), and sensitive areas (hospitals, food factories) where dust is prohibited
High-Efficiency Abrasive Recycling
Used abrasives are sucked back, separated from dust/impurities via a cyclone + screen separator, and returned to the blast pot for reuse. Recycling rate ≥90%, drastically reducing abrasive consumption and operating costs
Supports most abrasives: steel grit/shot, aluminum oxide, glass beads, walnut shells, baking soda, etc.

Blasting pressure (0.4-0.8 MPa) and vacuum suction are independently adjustable, adapting to light deburring, heavy derusting, paint stripping, and surface roughening
