Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for Steel Profile H Beam I Beam Bars
Capabilities and Applications
The roller conveyor shot blaster performs full surface pre-treatment, removing scale, rust and old paint from steel beams, sheets and profiles. It also cleans heavy machine frames and welded steel assemblies.
The machine is divided into inlet pre-chamber, blasting chamber and final cleaning chamber. Variable-speed roller conveyor (0.5–4 m/min) transports workpieces steadily; roller length can be customized according to workpiece size.
Blast turbines are arranged to match workpiece geometry. Wear-resistant blast wheels with 7.5–45 kW power ensure strong and stable blasting.
Rotating brushes plus high-pressure air nozzles in the outlet chamber clear residual dust from parts.
It connects to full steel fabrication lines including cutting, blasting, painting and drying. Equipped with cartridge dust collector, dust emission is controlled under 30mg/m³.
Custom machine designs are available when standard models do not fit your application.
