The rotary barrel sandblasting cabinet is purpose-built for high-volume automatic surface treatment of miniature workpieces such as zipper pulls, screws, electronic fittings and plastic components. Items loaded into the rotating barrel get consistent automatic blasting from fixed spray guns. This fully automated process eliminates heavy manual work, drastically lowering labor expenses and lifting overall production throughput.
Operators only need to place workpieces into the tumbling barrel, close the cabinet door, set the blasting runtime, start the dust removal system and launch the equipment. The whole treatment cycle runs unattended, and all parts will receive complete, even blasting once finished.
