Vacuum Recovery Manual Sand Blasting Machine With Automatic Abrasive Reclycle By Vacuum Air
The vacuum recovery manual sand blasting machine (also called dustless vacuum sand blaster or closed-circuit manual sand blaster) is a portable, closed-loop surface treatment device that integrates blasting, vacuum recovery, abrasive separation, and dust collection. It solves the dust pollution and abrasive waste problems of traditional open sand blasting, making it ideal for indoor, confined-space, and precision surface treatment scenarios.
Core Capabilities
Closed-Circuit Dustless Operation
Equipped with brush sealing structures, the blasting nozzle forms a local negative pressure area on the workpiece surface. Dust, spent abrasives and residues are immediately extracted and delivered into the recycling system to prevent dust leakage, fully complying with stringent environmental regulations and workplace occupational health requirements.
It fits perfectly for indoor workshops, confined operating environments such as tanks and pipelines, as well as dust-restricted sensitive sites including hospitals and food processing plants.
High-Efficiency Abrasive Recycling
Recovered used abrasives are processed through cyclone separation and screening devices to filter out dust and impurities, then sent back to the abrasive storage tank for cyclic reuse. The abrasive recycling rate reaches no less than 90%, which greatly cuts material consumption and overall operational expenses.
The equipment supports a wide range of abrasive media, covering steel shot, steel grit, alumina abrasive, glass beads, walnut shell media, sodium bicarbonate and more.

Handheld blast gun with adjustable nozzle (flat/round/angled) for 360° treatment of complex surfaces (corners, holes, welds, profiles)
Blasting pressure (0.4-0.8 MPa) and vacuum suction are independently adjustable, adapting to light deburring, heavy derusting, paint stripping, and surface roughening
