Introduction:
The industrial hose pump series incorporates advanced international technologies to develop a new, versatile, and multi-purpose industrial pump. It completely breaks away from the traditional pump impeller and shaft seal operating model and offers significant advantages for pumping highly viscous, corrosive, and contaminated media. Its fundamental principle is fundamentally different from traditional pumps, resulting in a wide range of applications.
1. Pumping abrasive slurries: Typical abrasive materials include lime slurry, SIC, activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, and mineral slurries. Hose pumps experience minimal wear when pumping these materials, unlike other rotary or vane pumps. Furthermore, the lifespan of the hose, the core component of a hose pump, is unrelated to the abrasiveness of the medium.
2. Used in flue gas desulfurization in various industries.
3. Industrial hose pumps are suitable for metallurgy, mining, and precious metal smelting.
4. Hose pumps for quantitative chemical delivery: Leveraging their explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant features and metering element, they are suitable for quantitatively pumping highly corrosive media.
5. Transporting landfill leachate. Because leachate contains various particulate impurities, hose pumps can run dry without wear and tear. They can also operate without media without damage.
6. Waste incineration: Adding activated carbon to chimneys.
7. Slurry transfer to filter presses: Pumps were previously used to transfer slurry to filter presses, but due to their high abrasiveness, hose pumps were eventually used.

2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?
A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.

A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
