Rod body and ball pin are made of 40Cr alloy steel, integrally forged, quenched and tempered with high-frequency surface hardening. High tensile strength, outstanding wear and impact resistance, no loose clearance after long-time driving on bumpy roads.
M14 standard metric thread processed by precision CNC lathe. Uniform tooth pitch, perfect matching with original steering rack, effectively prevent thread slipping during installation.
Surface adopts zinc-plated silver anti-rust treatment, good corrosion resistance for rainy, muddy and salt road conditions.
High-quality neoprene rubber dust boot, waterproof, oil-proof and anti-aging. Effectively block sediment and muddy water from invading the internal ball joint structure.
Pre-filled high-temperature long-life lithium grease inside, flexible steering rotation without jamming or abnormal noise.
