Silicone U Channel Extrusion for Panel Edge Protection is engineered and moulded in-house by Dongguan Yunze Silicone Products Co., Ltd. in Dongguan, China. Manufactured from 100% platinum-cured silicone rubber (55°A Shore A, -40°C to +250°C / -40°F to +482°F), this custom extrusion profile is designed for demanding industrial use where heat, chemical exposure and repeated assembly cycles are routine. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system with 100% material inspection and secondary curing to eliminate odour and volatile residue.
