Product Description
The DYB series tumbler screening machine is a type of inertial equipment with mature technology and classic applications. Thanks to its innovative design philosophy and unique structure, it closely mimics the motion of manual screening. Featuring excellent screening performance, the tumbler screening machine boasts promising application prospects. In terms of motion trajectory, it is a nonlinear inertial vibrating screen.
Owing to its distinctive structure and working principle, the tumbler screening machine is especially suitable for classifying small particles and fine powders. It can be applied not only to dry sieving but also to wet sieving.
Features
Output per unit area is 5 times higher than ordinary vibrating screens.
It can separate materials into up to 6 grades, with screening accuracy of 90%–99%.
Optimized gravity balance, fully enclosed structure for safe operation.
Noise level is lower than 75 dB.
Equipped with high-efficiency anti-clogging devices including rubber balls, silica balls and ultrasonic system, so the screen will not get blocked.
Acceleration is 4–5 times lower than traditional vibrating screens,
which greatly extends service life and reduces maintenance of the screen parts.
