The New Style Fine Sieving Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen Separator, also known as the ultrasonic circular separator, is an innovative screening device that integrates an ultrasonic generator with a conventional circular vibrating screen.
Based on the original three‑dimensional motion of the circular separator, this machine adds ultrasonic vibration directly onto the screen surface, which effectively addresses screening challenges for difficult materials.
These include various types of highly electrostatic, ultra‑fine, strongly adsorptive, easily agglomerated, and low‑bulk‑density materials.
The ultrasonic circular separator not only prevents screen mesh blockage but also improves both screening efficiency and precision, thereby achieving fast screening and self‑cleaning of the screen.
High frequency electric is generated by ultrasonic vibration sieve source through the transducer into longitudinal oscillation of high frequency sine form,those sasser spread to resonators,and generate resonance,then vibration evenly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator.Raw material doing low-frequency Three-D vibration,while ultrasonic vibrations,can prevent clogging screen mesh,but also improve the capacity and accuracy of screening.
