Product Description
YSGM172204D is a highly integrated, standard packaged broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) product.
The improved Colpitts oscillation circuit structure and integrated buffer buffer are adopted, which has the advantages of stable oscillation, good isolation and high output power.
It is compatible with the working voltage in the range of 3V and 6V to meet the needs of different systems, and the tuning voltage range is 0-5V with high tuning sensitivity.
The in-band flatness and high-order harmonic suppression are optimized, and the output is connected to the 50 Ω radio frequency line.

Product Description
YSGM556006 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO with two-stage transistor Cascade structure, low working current, high output power and good isolation.
This VCO uses a new high-frequency oscillation circuit structure, high-precision varactor diode and high cut-off frequency radio frequency Triode to ensure the stability of the starting waveform and good consistency of the oscillation frequency band.
The system is supplied by 5V standard voltage, and the tuning voltage can be up to 9V, thus the broadband output can be realized.
