HN-E Addition Cured Silicone Rubber is a premium two-component liquid silicone material designed for high-precision molding and casting applications. With a simple 1:1 mixing ratio, it cures at room temperature or under heat, offering excellent flexibility, durability, and clarity. Ideal for food-safe molds, composite tooling, medical devices, and industrial prototypes.

Vacuum Degas (Recommended) – Remove bubbles for a flawless finish.
Pour & Cure – Let sit for 4 hours at room temperature, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
Packaging: 50kg set (25kg A + 25kg B) in sealed iron pails.
Shelf Life: 12 months in a dry, cool place at ≤25°C.
Handling: Keep away from acids, alkalis, and moisture.
